     Send confirmation to library staff

    eVendor API harvest scheduled tasks may now be configured to send a confirmation email to a designated staff member.

    Support separate ePayment modes for each institutions in a consortia

    If different institutions within a consortium wish to use different ePayment methods, this is now supported.
