Add 'Allow download from OPAC' property to Digital Assets edit interface

The option to Allow download from OPAC has been added to the OPAC Access section of the Digital Asset record. If this option is not enabled for a video or audio file that is available at the OPAC, it may only be streamed in browser.

When audio and video files are loaded into digital assets, the duration of the files will now be derived from the file metadata. Extracted file duration will be stored in the digital asset record in ISO 8601 duration format.
The duration field in the digital asset edit form has been updated to allow for manual entry of hours, minutes, and seconds.
Values that were previously entered into this field (that are in neither the ISO 8601 duration format or hh:mm:ss format) will be displayed in plain text as entered e.g. '5 mins 30 secs'.
