A rich text Pricing information field has been added to the Event Registration details section.
The Pricing information field might be used to give context on concessions, or provide other information on pricing e.g. 'No registration fee, gold coin donation on entry', or 'Dress as your favourite character for 50% off entry'
The Pricing information will be displayed at the OPAC Brief & Full Display, as well as the Full Display of both Event & Event Session records in Enquiry.
The Pricing information field may also be used to display ticket information where registration is required but there is no fee. |
This feature requires license version 11.2 or higher. |
The Additional information field has been added to event registrations to allow staff to capture any additional relevant information or requirements for the registrant (e.g. accessibility needs).
This field will always be displayed when registering users in the Events module, and may be enabled for the OPAC at Maintenance > General > OPAC HTML Configurator > General tab > Event registration section.
Any additional information may be edited or added to by staff by editing the registration record, and the Additional information field will also be shown at the registration record (EVREG) Full Display.
