Allow anonymous purchase requests in OPAC

To specify whether you can place a purchase request via OPAC without logging in:

From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Requests and then General Parameters.
Set Purchase request - allow anonymous to Yes or No. If this is No then OPAC users must log in if they want to place a purchase request.
Click Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
