To specify whether staff can place a purchase request without linking the request to a borrower:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Requests and then General Parameters.
2. Set Allow staff to place anonymous purchase requests to Yes or No.
   • If this is No, then staff must select a borrower to place a purchase request.
3. Click Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
