Please note: Civica provides a default template, but does not offer support for building or editing mail merge templates.

To changes to the class number parsing properties or the mail merge printing properties of an existing template:

    1. From the Module Menu select Cataloguing, MARC and then Spine Label & Barcode Printing.
    2. Select the items to work with, e.g. for specific users and/or specific locations and/or specific collections. By default, the Details dialog will have the same users, locations and/or collections selected as the last time it was accessed.
    3. Click Tools > Parameters and Templates > Barcode.
    4. Select the template you want, and then make your changes to the properties.

    5. Click OK.
