Items returned on or after the Amnesty start date and on or before the Amnesty end date (if you’ve specified one) will have their overdue fines automatically waived.

To specify these dates:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Click the Calendar icon to the right of the Amnesty start date or Amnesty end date field, and select a date.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.
