To specify whether fines and demerit points are applied to ALL borrowers:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Apply overdue fines and demerit points to Yes or No.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

You can use Apply overdue fines and Apply overdue demerit points in the borrower category to specify whether fines and demerit points are applied to borrowers in a particular category.

Null means the same as No.
