To specify the placement and/or completion charges for requests:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Requests and then General Parameters.
2. Set the placement/completion charge for the type of request.
   • Article
   • ILL (article)
     • The completion charge is applied when the article is received from the lender.
   • ILL
     • The completion charge is applied when the item is received from the lender.
   • Purchase
     • The completion charge is applied when the item is ordered.
   • Research
   • Undefined
     
3. Click Save or Save & Close.
