Digital Assets

The Digital Assets menu enables searching of Digital Asset records from within Staff Enquiry. This search will only find digital assets created using the Spydus Digital Assets module.

A Quickfind search will enable searching by keyword, while Advanced Search provides options to find assets by title, file type or date created.

From the brief display, select a record to open in full display.

On the record is a link to Descriptive records. Click this link to edit, issue, return or delete the Digital Asset. You can also change an item status on this record.

The options to edit and add child records and copies will only be available if you are accessing Staff Enquiry via the Spydus web modules. If you are using the URL directly to the Staff Enquiry webpage you will not see the editing options.
