To specify whether the registration fee is automatically refunded when an event/session is cancelled or when a borrower cancels their registration:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Events and then General Parameters.
2. Set Do not refund registration fee automatically to Yes or No.

   No	The fee will be refunded automatically.
   Yes	The fee will not be refunded automatically.

3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
