To specify whether items with a particular status can be deleted:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Item Status.
2. Select the status you want from the list.
3. Set Allow deletion to Yes or No.
4. Click Save or Save & Close.

When you try to delete an item, Spydus will check the setting of Allow deletion for all the statuses set against it. If they all have Allow deletion set to Yes then the item can be deleted. If any have Allow deletion set to No then the item cannot be deleted.

Null means the same as No.
