You can specify an average item price in the vendor details. To specify whether this average price is automatically applied to an order:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Acquisitions and then General Parameters.
2. On the General tab, set Apply vendor's average price as default to Yes or No.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
