Claims and reminders that you email to vendors can be automatically cc'd to another address. To specify this address:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Acquisitions and then General Parameters.
2. On the General tab, set the Cc address for email claims. Spydus will automatically supply the internet protocol so don't include it in the email address, for example, enter library@civica.com.au rather than mailto:library@civica.com.au.
3. Press Tab or click anywhere on the screen to enable the Save options.
4. Click Save or Save & Close.
