You can specify that a warning message is to pop up if the price at check-in is much more than the original price of the order. To specify the maximum percentage variation between the original price and the check-in price:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Acquisitions and then General Parameters.
2. On the General tab, set the Maximum price variance at check-in. If the percentage difference between the two prices is more than this, you'll see a warning message pop up.
3. Press Tab or click anywhere on the screen to enable the Save options.
4. Click Save or Save & Close.
