You can specify that a warning message is to pop up if the balance of funds falls to within a certain percentage of the original budget. To specify this percentage:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Acquisitions and then General Parameters.
2. On the General tab, set the Minimum fund balance. If the balance of funds falls to within this percentage of the original budget, you'll see a warning message when you try to confirm an order, update an invoice or predict the effect of a change in exchange rate.
3. Press Tab or click anywhere on the screen to enable the Save options.
4. Click Save or Save & Close.
