When you scan a cancelled borrower barcode at the Front Desk we pop up the BRWCBN alert. If you wish you can validate the user's privilege level against the privilege level of the BRWCBN alert to determine whether or not to display the borrower record. To do this:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Validate cancelled borrower barcode alert in Front Desk to Yes or No.

   No	We'll display the borrower record regardless of the user's privilege level.
   Yes	We'll validate the user's privilege level against the privilege level of the BRWCBN alert. If the user's privilege level is not high enough then the borrower record will not be displayed.

3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
