This feature requires server version 10.9 or higher.

The parameters below control the display of copy information in Brief and Full displays of Bibliographic and Archives records at the OPAC (see highlighted section of screeshot below).

Bibliographic

With Bibliographic records, configuration of parameters allows libraries to choose to display (or not):

total copies
available copies
current reservation count

Display count

Check this option to show the total count of copies at the Brief and Full display of a Bibliographic record.

Include Reservation count

When selected, Brief and Full Display of a Bibliographic record will include a count of reservations for the title.

Include 'Available' count

When selected, Brief and Full Display of a Bibliographic record will include a count of available items for the title.
