User groups

You can specify the widgets to be shown for each user group under Maintenance > General > User Groups. Click Add to list the available widgets (the "standard" ones and the ones you've added manually) and then select the ones you want. This is for server versions 10.2 and above — pre-10.2 servers will continue to use workflow roles rather than widgets.

You can set the Visibility to Mandatory, Default or Free.

• Mandatory means that every user will be shown this widget, and it cannot be removed from the Home page.
• Default means that the widget will be shown by default, but users can remove it from their Home page if they wish (and add it again later if they wish).
• Free means that users can add the widget to their Home page.
