Add an item status

To add a new item status:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Item Status.
2. Click New.
3. Specify the new Code and Description, and click OK.
4. Set up the details and inter-relationships, and then click Save or Save & Close.

Copy an existing item status

You can also add a new item status by copying an existing one. The new status will then automatically have the same settings for the details and inter-relationships. To copy an item status:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Item Status.
2. Select the status that you want to copy from the list.
3. Click Copy.
4. Specify the new Code and Description, and click OK.
5. Make any changes to the details and inter-relationships, and then click Save or Save & Close.
