You can specify the charge made by the lending institution when you place a request. If this charge exceeds the Maximum ILL charge then a warning message will be displayed.

To specify the maximum ILL charge:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Requests and then General Parameters.
2. Set the Maximum ILL charge.
3. Click Save & Close.
