This is where you maintain the sets that other libraries can see when they use the ListSets verb to harvest metadata from your library.

Add a Saved Query or SavedList to the list of sets

To add a Saved Query or a SavedList to sets that can be used with the ListSets verb:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Cataloguing and then OAI Set Editor. You'll see the list of sets that have already been added.
2. Depending on the format of the compiled set of records you wish to add, click either Add Saved Query or Add SavedList.
3. Click the checkbox next to the queries or SavedLists you want to add to the list, and then click Select Records. You could also display the query or SavedList in full and then click Select Record to add it to the list.

Delete a Saved Query or SavedList from the list of sets

To delete a Saved Query or SavedList from the sets that can be used with the ListSets verb:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Cataloguing and then OAI Set Editor. You'll see the list of sets that have already been added.
2. Click to select the queries or SavedLists you want to delete.
3. Click Delete and then click Yes at the confirmation prompt.
