This parameter controls what whether a borrower may create, email and download SavedLists at the OPAC without being logged in.

1. Navigate to Maintenance > Circulation > General Parameters.
2. Select an option from the Borrower must be logged in to access SavedList functionality drop-down.
   • Yes - If an OPAC user attempts to create or view a SavedList at the OPAC, they will be redirected to the login page.
   • No - OPAC users who are not logged in may create, email and download SavedLists.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
