In the order status details you can specify the expiry period for each order priority.
When you select the priority in an order, Spydus will check if that priority has an expiry period set in the order status details. If it has then this expiry period will be used to calculate the expiry date.
To add, edit or delete the order status details:
- From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Acquisitions and then General Parameters.
- Click the Order Processing tab.
- Under Order Status Details, do one of the following.
- Click Add to add a new order priority and expiry period.
- Click Edit to change an existing order priority and/or expiry period.
- Click Delete to delete the details for an existing order priority.
- Click Save or Save & Close.
