You can specify whether Show reservations for all institutions is selected by default when you edit a borrower's reservations in Circulation. 

 

To do this:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Initially show reservations from all institutions in edit reservations to Yes or No.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
