To specify whether a reservation is completed when you issue another copy of the same title to the borrower:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Complete reservation if another item is allocated 0, 1 or 2.

   0	No, the reservation is not completed.
   1	Yes, the reservation is completed and the item deallocated. The allocation charge remains against the borrower.
   2	Yes, the reservation is completed and the item deallocated. The allocation charge is removed/refunded.

3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
