When you select a borrower at the Front Desk and he or she has a reservation awaiting pickup at the current location then the BRWRSVAVAIL alert is displayed. You can use Display allocated reservation at Front Desk to specify whether details of the reservation are also displayed.

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Display allocated reservations at Front Desk to Yes or No.

   No	The BRWRSVAVAIL alert is displayed when you select the borrower.
   Yes	The BRWRSVAVAIL alert is displayed when you select the borrower. When you close the alert, details of the reservation are displayed.

3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
