Allow if allocated

To specify whether the pickup location for an allocated item can be changed in OPAC:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Edit reservation (OPAC) - allow if allocated  to Yes or No.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.

Send email if allocated and pickup location altered

To specify whether an email is sent if the pickup location for an allocated item is changed in OPAC:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Edit reservation (OPAC) - send email if allocated and pickup location altered  to Yes or No.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

The email is sent to the inter-branch request email address of the original pickup location.

Null means the same as No.

Set item status if allocated and pickup location altered

To specify the status to be set against an allocated item if the pickup location is changed in OPAC:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Select an option for Edit reservation (OPAC) - set item status if allocated and pickup location altered.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.
