To specify whether an item is automatically allocated to the next borrower in the waiting list when a reservation expires:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Reallocate expired reservations to Yes or No.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.
