To set up the general parameters for ILL requests:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set up the Reservations (ILL Request) parameters you want (see below for details).
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

ILL email address

Set an email address in this property to send an email alert that an ILL request reservation has been placed.

ILL global

Set this to Yes to indicate that ILL request reservations should be global. This setting will be ignored if global reservations are not active.

ILL hold period

If you set a number of days here then this will override the Hold period in the reservation policy for ILL request reservations.

ILL item status

Specifies the status to be set against an item that's allocated when an ILL request reservation is placed.

ILL mailing location

ILL request reservations will be sent (intransit) to this location when allocated.
