You can use the Sort Tracing Fields option on the Authority menu to sort the see from and see also from fields alphabetically. Here's an example.

We're editing an authority record, and it has two 400 tag — which have two non-preferred terms for the personal name.

 

Click Authority and then Sort Tracing Fields and the two 400 tags are now in alphabetical order.
