SpydusManager provides the same data as is currently available through the Spydus Reports Module, and more, through a flexible and intuitive interface. You determine which data is included in your report, filters, parameters, output columns, and sort order. You choose which charts you want to use and how the finished report is formatted.
A range of report output options is available including single reports, dashboards, story boards and co-reports. You can print them, export them, email them or have them delivered to your inbox on a schedule.
Drill down through dates from year to month to day to time. Change the report parameters to further filter the report, without having to edit the report, through "Drill Anywhere". Map your library’s use through geo-location mapping.
In addition to the standard reports libraries currently generated, SpydusManager allows you to access data that would otherwise require specialist knowledge of Boolean query, the Spydus data structure and/or third party reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. For example to generate a heat map of the busiest hours at each branch over a nominated period, reporting on the age, cost and turn-over of each collection, and the age of fines and loans etc.
SpydusManager comes with a suite of reports ready for you to run. This includes reports designed to provide the necessary data for the Annual Statistical Returns. Copies of all reports can be modified to meet your library’s specific and changing needs, or it is easy to create new reports from scratch.
