To help staff in identifying items that need to move to a different location, a scheduled task can be set up to apply a specific status to the items. For this to work, library staff will have to create (or select) an item status to be applied, and the scheduled task to apply the status must be configured.

The following item selection criteria must be met for the scheduled to identify the items and apply the ‘Items to stock rotate’ status:

• Items must be in a collection that has stock rotation set up.
• Items are on a stock rotation plan.
• The stock rotation plans and collections must be active.
