To add, edit or delete the codes in a lookup table:
- From the Module Menu select Maintenance, General and then Table Manager.
- Select the Language.
- Select the lookup table you want, and do one of the following.
- Click Add to add a new code and description to a table.
- Select the code or the description you want and then change it.
- Click Delete to delete a code/description from a table.
- Click Save or Save & Close.
You can only add, edit or delete codes in tables marked with .
The tables marked with are read-only and can't be changed using the Table Manager.
You can click the column headings to sort the tables by code, by description, by whether or not they are locked/unlocked or by whether or not they are global.
