Notice delivery documents

The notice delivery document is the document to be transmitted to the borrower. This can have multiple notices for the selected borrower, e.g. one delivery document might contain three overdue notices.

You can search for the notice delivery documents via Enquiry > Circulation > Notices > Delivery Documents.

 

Number is the delivery document number.

Notice delivery documents are typically generated in batches. For example, the notice generation task will generate the delivery documents for all borrowers, and these separate documents will be part of one batch. You can search for all the documents in one batch if you know the Batch number.

You can search for the notices themselves via Enquiry > Circulation > Notices > Notices.

 

Delivery doc is the delivery document number.

You can set Printed to "No" to find the notices that haven't yet been included on a delivery document.
