From the Module Menu select Maintenance, General and then User Accounts.
Select the required user account in the list.
Click the Reset Password button in the action bar.
If the Reset Password option is greyed out, the user does not have an email address listed in the Contact Details section of the user account and is unable to receive the password reset email.
