Funds summary report

Use the fund summary report to show details of the budget, balance, commitment and expenditure.

Only the funds that have had some activity within the specified period (year and month) are shown. The grand total for the fund controls includes all the funds not just those shown in the report.

To generate the report:

From the Module Menu select Reports, Acquisitions and then Funds Summary.
Set a From date and To date.

You can select Show totals only If you want the report to show only the totals and not the breakdown by month and year.

Click Preview.

In the first example we're showing the breakdown by month and year.

In the second example we're showing only the totals.
