Use this report to show the borrowers who were active in a specified period. By “active” we mean they were issued or renewed an item, placed a reservation, or placed a booking.
- From the Module Menu select Reports, Borrowers and then Borrower Activity.
- Set a From date and To date.
If you wish you can select how the results are to be grouped.
If you wish you can choose to report on specific borrower categories and/or specific borrower genders and/or specific borrower postcodes and/or specific borrower area codes and/or specific borrower home locations.
- Click Preview.
In this example we haven't grouped the report.
Recent activity
The date of the borrower’s most recent activity. This will be the date of the borrower’s most recent issue/renewal, reservation or booking.
Issue/Renewal
Most recent shows the date of the borrower’s most recent issue or renewal.
Total shows the number of issues/renewals within the reporting period.
Reservation
Most recent shows the date of the borrower’s most recent reservation.
Total shows the number of reservations within the reporting period.
Booking
Most recent shows the date of the borrower’s most recent booking.
Total shows the number of bookings within the reporting period.
