Borrower trend report

Use this report to show the borrowers who were active in a specified period. By “active” we mean they were issued or renewed an item, placed a reservation, or placed a booking.

From the Module Menu select Reports, Borrowers and then Borrower Trend.
Set a From date and To date.
Select a Transaction type — new borrowers, resigned borrowers or total borrowers.

If you wish you can select how the results are to be grouped.

If you wish you can choose to report on specific borrower categories.

Click Preview.
The report shows the results for each month in the period. You can click a column heading to show the results for each day in that month

The input in the From Age and To Age fields are not validated. This means that the system will not correct invalid inputs. Ensure the following:

input is a valid integer (no negative numerals)
From Age is less than To Age

In this example we've grouped the report by borrower category. The results are shown as both a graph and a table.
