Add a new charge

To add a new charge:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Charges.
2. Click New.
3. Specify the new Code and Description, and click OK.
4. Set up the parameters, and then click Save or Save & Close.

Copy an existing charge

You can also add a new charge by copying an existing one. The new charge will then automatically have the same settings. To copy a charge:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Charges.
2. Select the code that you want to copy from the list.
3. Click Copy.
4. Specify the new Code and Description, and click OK.
5. Make any changes to the parameters, and then click Save or Save & Close.
