    The charges that can be applied to borrowers include those for placing or allocating reservations, processing charges for notices, lost or damaged items, and lost cards. The charge parameters define, for example, whether a charge attracts tax, and whether a charge can be set or removed manually.

    Specify which charges are to be applied to borrowers in the borrower category.

    Allow bulk update Specifies whether the charge can be waive or written-off using Bulk Update Charges/Fines.
    Allow manual removal Specifies whether the charge can be removed manually.
    Allow manual setting Specifies whether the charge can be set manually.
    Allow payment via Self Service Specifies whether the charge can be paid via Self Service.
    Apply tax Specifies whether the charge attracts tax.
    Charge amount Charge amount for Ad Hoc charges.
    Link charge to borrower Specifies whether the charge is linked to a borrower in Ad Hoc charges.
    Revenue code Allows users of the Authority Local Government software to match Spydus Charges to Authority Revenue codes. Revenue codes may be managed in the RVU table in Table Manager.
    SIP2 charge type The fee type used when a charge is paid by SIP2.
    LCF charge type The fee type used when a charge is paid by the LCF API.
    Show on main Ad Hoc charges dialog Specifies whether the charge is shown on the main dialog in Ad Hoc charges. If this is set to No then the charge is only shown on the secondary dialog.
    Use as deposit charge Specifies whether the charge can be used as an account deposit charge.
    Use as notice processing charge Specifies whether the charge can be used as a processing charge for circulation notices.
    Use as refund charge Specifies whether the charge can be used as a refund charge.
    Use with Ad Hoc charges Specifies whether the charge is used with Ad Hoc charges.
