This report gives a summary of some important details about locations. This includes the number of issues and renewals, the number of reservations placed and collected, the number of borrowers currently registered, the number of borrowers who joined and resigned, the total number of items, and the number of items added and deleted.
To generate the report:
- From the Module Menu select Reports, Circulation, Locations and then Branch Summary.
- Set a From date and To date.
If you wish you can choose to report on specific locations.
- Click Preview.
The Item added column shows the number of items with a CREATED date within the specified period. Here's a simple example to try and show this. The “---” in the Date item acquired column shows that the item doesn’t yet have an acquired date. In this example, we’re reporting on items added in June 2018.
