    To generate a report on the number of deleted items in a specified period:

    1. From the Module Menu select Reports, Circulation, Items and then Deleted Items.
    2. Set a From date and To date.

    If you wish you can select how the results are to be grouped.

    If you wish you can choose to report on specific borrower categories and/or specific borrower home locations and/or specific collections.

    1. Click Preview.

    Only items that have been accessioned will be included in the report, and only items that are also copies, e.g. items that are grouped under a parent will not be included.

    To exclude item details, and view only the total number of items deleted in the report period, check the Show totals only option at the bottom of the report filter options.

    You can also search for deleted items via Enquiry > Circulation > Item > Deleted Item Search. In this search you can choose whether or not to include copies and/or accessioned items — use the Copy and Accessioned options at the bottom of the search form.
