This report lists the items issued within a specified period.

1. From the Module Menu select Reports, Circulation, Loans and then Top Loans.
2. Set a From date and To date.

You can use Maximum row in set to limit the number of items listed in the report. For example if you set this to 500 then only the top 500 items will be listed. The minimum number you can set is 200.

If you wish you can select how the results are to be grouped.

If you wish you can choose to report on specific material types and/or specific issue locations and/or specific item collections and/or specific borrower categories.

4. Click Preview to generate the report.

In this example we've grouped the results by collection.
