Make an alert critical

A critical alert cannot be overridden. To specify whether an alert is critical:

From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Alerts.
Select the alert you want from the list.
Set Critical alert - user defined to Yes or No.
Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.

Alerts that have Critical alert - system override set to Yes are always critical.
