The Archives menu enables searching of Archives records from within Staff Enquiry.
There are menu options to search for Accession records, Archival Description records and Storage Locations, Movements and Archival Requests.
Archival Description records are used to describe Collections, Sub-Collections, Files, Series and Items with the Archives module.
Use the Quickfind or Advanced search forms to locate particular item records or collections by keyword, or limit your search to particular record types, subjects or names.
From the full display of an Archives record, it is possible to edit the record, add a child record or create a copy, just as you can in the Archives module.
