Session list report for events

Use this report to show a summary of sessions in a specified period.

To generate the report:

From the Module Menu select Reports, Events, Session then Session List.
Set a From date and To date.

If you wish you can select how the results are to be grouped.

If you wish you can choose to report on specific statuses.

Click Preview.

In this example we have grouped the results by location.

The easiest way to obtain a list of registered attendees for an event is to perform a Session list report as described above, and click on the linked number in the Reg. count column to drill through to the sub-report.

If the Location field is not defined in the Event or Session, but the Location note field is, the Location note field will be returned in the Location field of the report.
