To specify whether a borrower can request to be forgotten when they resign:
- From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
- Set one or both of the following.
- Borrower status requires retention of personal details - A borrower cannot request to be forgotten if they have this status.
- Required number of days since last network access - A borrower can only request to be forgotten if this number of days has passed since they last accessed the library network.
- Click Save or Save & Close.
