Allow manual removal/setting of charge

To specify whether a particular charge be set or removed manually:

From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Charges.
Select the charge you want from the list.
Set Allow manual removal or Allow manual setting to Yes or No.
Click Save or Save & Close.

Some charges are automatically set and removed in accordance with library-defined parameters while others are specifically referenced by Spydus programs.

Null means the same as No.

Allow manual removal/setting should be set to No for the Overdue Item and Lost Item charges. Allow manual setting should be set to No for Reservation Allocation and Reservation Placement charges.
