To specify whether the system checks if a particular trap is set against any of the borrower's account across all institutions:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Borrower Traps.
2. Select the trap you want from the list.
3. Set Check all institutions to Yes or No.

   No	The system will only check if the selected trap is set against the borrower in the current institution.
   Yes	The system will check if the selected trap is set against any of the borrower’s accounts across all institutions.

4. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
